Payment is accepted in the form of CASH, PERSONAL CHECKS (Name & Address Imprinted) and CREDIT CARDS (AMEX, MasterCard & Visa).

$40.00 Per Person for a 4-Week Group Class applies to the following Classes:  Kickboxing; Line Dancing; ZUMBA and ZUMBA Toning.

REFUND POLICY:  Once a Class/Private Lesson/Event etc.  is purchased from the Lorraine-Michaels Dance Centre, there are NO REFUNDS, CREDIT, EXCHANGES or TRANFERS.

CHECK CHARGES:  If your check is returned for insufficient funds, there will be a charge of $25.00 plus any additional bank charges/fees.

DECLINED CREDIT CARD FEE:  If a Credit Card is Declined, there will be an assessed fee of $10.00 to reprocess the transaction.

MAKE-UP'S:  If a student finds they cannot attend a class, 24-hour notice is required in order to get a Make-Up.  Please note, however, that the Make-Up cannot be done in the same class it was originally purchased for BUT can be used in a different class.  This was designed for you to experience an opportunity to experience another class Lorraine-Michaels Dance Centre offers.  Any Make-Up's EXPIRES THREE WEEKS from the date of the missed class.  If 24 hour notice is NOT given, the student will forfeit/loose that Make-Up class.

PRIVATE LESSONS and/or EVENTS:  In order to schedule a Private Lesson/Event, payment must be made in full in order to schedule their requested time.  If a student/group finds they cannot make their scheduled Private Lesson/Event, 24-hour notice is required in order to reschedule.  If 24-notice is NOT given, the student/group will be charged for the scheduled time.
