Description: Kick & Box yourself into shape. Great workout with lots of cardio. Wear comfortable athletic-type, non-constricting clothing. Shorts, tank top or tee shirt and sneakers are fine. Grab your towel, beverage and get ready to workout. If you forget your beverage, we sell bottled water at the centre. This class is held Mon thru Fri in which you, the student, decides on how many classes to take a week. You can do just one or two or three or four or everyday per week for the 20 sessions over a 4-Week Consecutive Cycle. Once you have completed a 4-Week Consecutive Cycle, you can renew to continue for another 4-Weeks. You can start the 4-Week class any day of the week or you can stop by our Centre and try a Single Class for just $15.00. You do not need a partner for this class so invite a friend to workout with!
